with Solver, you will learn to create solutions for a wide
range of business problems.
These solutions show you the best way to allocate scarce
resources - raw materials, machine time or people time,
money, or anything else that is in limited supply.
Optimizing your model by use of MS Excel/Solver, you can
learn ways to reduce costs, increase profits, or improve
quality or response time.

Critical resource allocation decisions in finance,
investment, production, distribution, purchasing and
scheduling will be discussed and demonstrated.
You will receive copies of these active Excel worksheet
models and application techniques to improve decision-making
