• President of Bloomfield Associates, PC from 1983 to
present. He is the principal of the design and consulting
engineering firm that specializes in industrial and
institutional steam and cogeneration plants. He has
extensive experience in solid fuel boilers, coal, wood and
waste. He has personally been responsible for the design and
modification of industrial power plants with capacities of
over 400,000 lb/hr and 35 mW.
• President of Concord Steam Corporation from 1986 to
present. Concord Steam is a district heating system in
Concord, New Hampshire, and was first organized in 1938. It
is a regulated public utility with 200+ customers.
Approximately 330 million pounds of steam and 6 million kWH
are generated annually, and 40,000 tons of wood and 20,000
barrels of oil are consumed.
• President of Concord Steam Services Corporation (CSSC)
from 1987 to present. CSSC was formed to enter into
operation and maintenance contracts. The company has had
steam plant operation contracts with public and private
concerns, including GSA, Dept of Defense, and the State of
Maryland.
• Vice President of Clean Power Development LLC, a business
involved in developing, building and operating renewable
energy projects in NE.
